Do you accept same-day orders?
Yes, we accept same-day orders subject to availability.
Same-day orders require at least 3 hours’ notice before your chosen pick-up time, and orders must be placed no later than 4:00 PM to allow enough preparation time before our 7:00 PM closing. The website will only show pick-up times that are available at the time of ordering. Please message us on Instagram or Messenger before paying so we can confirm we are able to accommodate you.
While we may accept rush orders when possible, we discourage last-minute orders as our caviar cakes require proper chilling time for the best results. We recommend ordering at least a day in advance to secure your preferred date and time.

How do I order?
Browse the menu, add your selections to your cart, and check out on our website. Right after you submit your order, you’ll be taken straight to a page where you can upload your proof of payment at the bottom — no need to go anywhere else. We’ll also send your order details and payment instructions to your email at the same time, so you’ll have a copy either way.
If you can’t find that page again, you can use the link in that email, or simply send your proof of payment to us on Instagram or Messenger with your order number.
Orders are processed only after payment is confirmed. We will send your order confirmation email as soon as possible. If you do not receive one, please contact us.

How do I get my order?
Pick-up is available on your selected date, from your chosen pick-up time until 7:00 PM. You may pick up your order anytime within this window.
You may collect your order in person or arrange a courier through Lalamove or Grab. For courier pickups, a thermal bag is required to keep your order in good condition during transit.
When picking up your order, please provide the name and order number from your confirmation message.
While we ask couriers to handle all items with care, we cannot control how orders are handled in transit. We are not responsible for any damage or delays caused by the courier.

Can I send a caviar cake as a gift?
Yes. Our caviar cakes make great gifts!
You can arrange for a courier to pick up the order on the recipient’s behalf, or you or the recipient can collect it personally. Whoever picks up the order will need the name and order number provided in the confirmation.
Please let your recipient know that the cake is arriving. If it will not be consumed right away, refrigerate it immediately. If the order comes in a gift box, do not refrigerate the entire gift box. Remove the cake and place the cake box in the refrigerator. If the order includes pasta, refrigerate the pasta container as well. Keep the outer gift box outside the refrigerator.
